Data Protection Declaration - Social Media - Two-click process for Facebook Google+ Twitter XING

In order to guarantee a stricter data protection, instead of the usual third party plugins, we will use the so-called two-click method on our sites. When you visit our site your IP address is not automatically forwarded to the provider. Only after pressing the activation button is the IP address submitted and you can then select the "Like - Button" or similar. If you fail to press the activation button, you are not consenting to the submission of your IP address and other data. Unfortunately, we have no knowledge of the use and the types of data collected. For further information in this regard we refer you to the provider.

Data Protection Declaration - Google Analytics

Our website utilizes the services of Google Analytics. It is a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. The analysis of the use of the Website by you is possible because "cookies" are stored on your computer and these then generate information on your user behaviour and send it to Google Inc.
Typically, a shortened version of your IP address is forwarded to the Google server. In exceptional cases, the complete IP address can be forwarded. Google uses this information on our behalf for the creation of a report on user behaviour on our sites. The Analytics IP address determined by Google is not associated with any other data held by Google. If you do not want a cookie stored on your computer, you can make the appropriate settings in your browser. Unfortunately, this can limit the use of our site.

In so far as the anonymization of the IP addresses (IP-masking) has not already taken place by inserting the code "gat._anonymizeIp ();", the data collected will be treated according to the legal provisions of the Federal Data Protection Act and the Google Terms of Service, which does not permit the disclosure of personal data to Google.
